Stag's Leap Wine Cellars 'SLV' Cabernet Sauvignon is een wijn gemaakt van de Cabernet Sauvignon druif in de Napa Valley regio van Californië.

Deze wijn wordt beschreven als een volle, krachtige wijn met aroma's van cassis, koffie, tabak en eikenhout. Het heeft een rijke, volle smaak met gebalanceerde tannines en een lange afdronk.

SLV wordt vaak beschouwd als een van de beste Cabernet Sauvignon wijnen van Napa Valley en wordt vaak geassocieerd met hoge kwaliteit en een hoge prijs.

Stag’s Leap: The unthinkable happened. The 1973 Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon was judged the best. The Napa Cabernet had bested four top-ranked Bordeaux, including first-growths Château Mouton Rothschild and Château Haut-Brion.
